ASME VIII U-stamped heat exchanger

Yet another ASME VIII U-stamped heat exchangers have been successfully delivered, this time to our client Konutherm. The end user is one of the biggest chocolate producers and will save, with these heat exchangers, a substantial amount of gas and reduce their CO2 emission. In cooperation with our sister company NMH-SRO, we have built a heat exchanger that uses flue gas to heat thermal oil.

U-stamped heat exchangers

The U-stamped heat exchangers has approximately 350 kW power and the heated thermal oil is re-used for other processes further down in the production line, increasing the efficiency of the production line and decreasing the energy consumption.

What makes this unit special?

It’s one of our many U-stamped designs manufactured in our workshop. All inspections by TUV have been successfully completed, giving us the freedom to produce a great variety of ASME VIII U-stamped designs.
